10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Logan Paul
2. His Anti-Gay Rhetoric
TRIGGER WARNING: This includes language that may be offensive to those in the LGBTQ+ community.
Logan Paul has said his share of jaw-dropping things on his "Impaulsive" podcast. To his credit, it's a big reason why so many people listen as much as they do.
However, he went too far in January of 2019, less than two months after that podcast launched. In discussing labels of certain months with co-host Mike Majlak, Paul wondered if the month of March was called "male-only March," and added that he would "attempt to go gay for just one month."
Predictably, this caused outrage. Among other notable responses to the ill-advised quote, GLAAD took to Twitter and sternly told the influencer, "that's not how it works." Paul took responsibility for what he called a "poor choice of words" before inviting GLAAD onto his podcast. The organization did not take Paul up on his offer (presumably to avoid enriching the coffers of someone who had said something so offensive).
