At last night's NXT tapings, the Man Beast Rhyno returned to WWE for the first time in almost ten years. There is an incredible buzz around NXT at the moment, after the wonderful NXT Takeover: Rival event, and the sudden reappearance of Rhyno (and Brian Kendrick) have gotten people talking about the promotion even more. Just why are the fans so excited to see the return of Rhyno? Well, Rhyno was a very entertaining member of the WWE roster from 2001 up until 2005. Criminally underused, he was something of a cult hero stemming from his breakthrough performances in the dying days of ECW. Rhyno can add a lot to the NXT roster (if it is more than just a one-off). Even at the age of 39 and with injuries and everything else, Rhyno is still a great professional wrestler, is in great shape and, most importantly of all, he's a seasoned veteran who has seen and done it all in the business. Like any WWE wrestler from the early 2000s, Rhyno's career has not been without incident. While never one to make headlines for complaining backstage or defying management's orders, there have still been one or two regrettable instances along the way.
