10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Sasha Banks

The Wrestling Observer speculated earlier this week that Sasha Banks wasn't thrilled with losing the Women's Tag-Team Titles a WrestleMania 35. In their report, the Observer noted that Sasha "felt blindsided" by WWE's decision to have The IIconics win the belts in New Jersey rather than keep them on Banks and Bayley.

Now, there's talk that Sasha will take a few weeks off to cool down and re-evaluate her future.

This spells trouble for everyone involved. WWE won't want to lose Banks at a time when AEW are striving to put pressure on them as a viable alternative, and Sasha will be mindful of taking too long to make her mind up. This is not a story the company needs to deal with right now; they should be on a high coming off a lucrative weekend that set the table for the rest of 2019.

There are new champs aplenty in the promotion, but Sasha doesn't seem to be happy with where her character is heading. WWE will hope this can be sorted out quickly, and privately. The last thing they need is a public meltdown from such a high-profile star.
