10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Sasha Banks
2. She's Better As A Heel
It's close to four years now since Sasha Banks first skipped onto a main roster stage and showed WWE what she was capable of. In that four-year span, she's played babyface pretty much consistently. In fact, the company has shied away every single time Sasha has showed some hint of the old 'Legit Boss' magic she created on NXT.
They're ignoring the obvious: Banks is one million times better as a heel.
Apparently, WWE want everyone to forget that heeldom is how Sasha built her career. She was bratty, she was arrogant, she was bling-tastic and she let everyone know it. That character, aside from a brief spell in Team B.A.D, has been absent on Raw and SmackDown. This needs to change before it's too late.
Sasha would feel reinvigorated as a heel in 2019. If she was told to cut loose on the mic, speak her mind and wrestle a grittier style laden with cheap tactics, then it'd be like WWE had signed a new female star. Without that edge, she's become stale.
