WWE tried desperately to make Sheamus into a more likable face because there were times when the crowds just died on him. They got bored with him and there really wasn't much that he did to make him a face except for beating up the bad guys. To try to make him more likable, WWE tried filming comedy skits with him. They ended up filming a few videos to try to get over these ridiculous comedy bits: "1-800- FELLA: Help is just a Brogue Kick away." Then there was the hiccups guy: "Bad case of the hiccups? Call 1-800-FELLA." Here's the cat lady. http://youtu.be/DpByS5dvNNY It was so cheesy and only mildly funny. Did the skits really help his career in any way? Not really. They did a few of them, then they stopped and nobody ever really talks about them anymore. They took place in the spring of 2013, which was a few months after the crowds were getting sick of him (see Raw after WrestleMania 29, which is coming up.) Since these skits aren't celebrated and considered forgettable, they definitely count as something WWE wants us to forget.
