10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Miz

1. He Was Better Off On SmackDown

What has The Miz accomplished since being moved to Monday Night Raw? In WWE's mind, Raw is the 'A' show and the perfect place to showcase the best stars on the roster. That's all well and good, but it hasn't exactly worked out well for Miz. On Raw, he seems like less of a star than he was over on SmackDown, which must irritate WWE.

On Tuesday nights, The Miz was regularly a highlight of the show. Whenever he appeared on screen with Maryse, you knew something entertaining was going to happen. Now, Miz has been surrounded by borderline enhancement talent like Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel, made to look like he can't hang with the top guys, and will probably lose the Intercontinental Title sooner rather than later.

What's next after that happens? Will WWE try another babyface run? Do the writers admit they were wrong to take him off SmackDown and return Miz to his spiritual home? They'll likely just plod on with the man's ill-fitting role on Raw instead, losing his talents in the glut of heels who are treated with more care in the process.
