10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Miz

Things got worse for The Miz in 2011. After losing the WWE Title to John Cena inside a Steel Cage (during a Triple Threat match also involving John Morrison), Miz next vied to win back the belt at Over The Limit. In an 'I Quit' match, Miz used the no disqualification stipulation to enlist Alex Riley's help in beating the tar out of Cena.

This went on for 20+ minutes, only for Cena to rally against the odds, turn into 'Super Cena' and win the match anyway. Way to make The Miz look like a fool, WWE. To recap, the guy who went into WrestleMania as WWE Champion needed The Rock to help him beat Cena, then couldn't get the job done even with the help of a buddy 2-on-1.

In their desire to make John Cena look super-human, WWE forgot that The Miz would suffer by losing in the handicap situation. It was hardly realistic for Cena to make Miz tap to the STF quickly after he had suffered a sustained beating from his rivals.

Don't even get us started on the piped-in 'I Quit' conspiracy either.
