The crowd reaction was instant, as everybody in attendance recognised the shoot nature of Triple H's comment - although Kofi's shocked facial expression actually gave nothing away, and could simply have been good acting. Make no mistake about it, the only reason this line was included was because of the man delivering it. Had Kofi pitched the idea of referencing the accent change himself, it would surely have been rejected immediately.
