Is WrestleMania XXXI, or the one with the play button as WWE want you to remember it by, the best of all time? It's certainly in the conversation, at least... Even though the event came in off the back of the coldest of buildups, it somehow managed to produce a set of matches and moments that will live long in the memory. In a way, WWE were justified in their decision to stage short-term feuds for their marquee event. Our expectations couldn't have been lower due to how the majority of the rivalries had been booked, so the surprise of the event actually being as stellar as it was hit us like a train. Right from the opening bout that saw Daniel Bryan get that feel-good Intercontinental Championship win, to Seth Rollins coming off the back of a defeat to Randy Orton to steal the WWE World Heavyweight Championship away from Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, 'Mania was full of twists and turns that kept you on the edge of your seat. It really was the perfect blend of bell-to-bell action and 'entertainment' that was worthy of gracing a stage in front of 76,976 people. However, and as with every pay-per-view in company history, Mania 31 wasn't perfect. There was certain things that WWE, if given the chance, would love to do again.
