6. Emma Badly Misses Working With Santino Marella

Few have done comedy any better in WWE over the years than the now-retired Santino Marella.

In early-2014, Emma was new on the main roster and needed something to sink her teeth into, which is precisely where Santino came in; invited to the ring for a dance off segment with Marella, Emma soon formed a bond with the phoney Italian.

Creating her own goofy dance moves to go along with Santino's 'Cobra' and generally comic mannerisms, the Australian female came across like a 'girl next door' kind of character when associated with Marella.

During an interview with Muscle & Fitness, Emma reflected on her time with Santino and outright said she misses working with him because he was so much fun. Perhaps Emma realises that she hasn't had such a sustained run on the main roster since the union ended in the Summer of 2014, and that's why she looks back on it so fondly.

Working with Santino Marella allowed Emma to dabble in comedy, something which contrasts to the more serious heel character WWE had in store for her next. It seems she misses that kind of childish freedom.
