On the subject of food, Emma obviously has a superb body and keeps herself in supreme physical conditioning. That shouldn't come as a surprise to many; despite the fact there are more shapes and sizes on television these days, WWE still enjoy promoting those men and women in excellent condition.

Achieving (not to mention maintaining) a great body when travelling the tough schedule WWE performers do can't be easy - and that's why Emma decided she needed a little more knowledge, if she was going to succeed. Talking to Muscle & Fitness, the enterprising female said she has pursued a course in Nutritional Therapy.

Emma's core goal is to secure the qualification and give herself a fighting chance when out on the road. Late night meals are common for pro wrestlers, meaning it's vital that they can pick out the best options available to them from a limited menu.

Getting herself into even better shape than before was also crucial to the aborted Emmalina character; Emma needed to look like a fitness model for the role, something her newfound knowledge as a Nutritional Therapist would help with.
