If there's one WWE wrestler you don't want to accidentally set on fire, it's probably The Undertaker. Few performers are as respected or feared (for real) than the Dead Man. So the WWE pyro guy must have been saying a prayer or two when he inadvertently sent a fireball the Phenom's way during his entrance at the Elimination Chamber PPV. 'Taker, the reigning WWE Champion, was making his way to the ring to defend his crown in the Chamber when something went wrong.

Instead of his trademark fireballs appearing either side of him, one was set off in the middle of the entrance way. Unfortunately, 'Taker bore the brunt of it, suffering first and second degree burns to his face, neck and chest. Fortunately for him, his hat and long trench coat shielded him from the flames somewhat. It could have been a lot worse.

Ever the pro, Undertaker worked the match as scheduled, despite being in severe pain and discomfort. When he got backstage, he reportedly went absolutely ballistic over the botch. Rightfully so, too.
