Think Ambrose Asylum (minus the surrounding cage) crossed with your typical Attitude Era hardcore shenanigans and you’re pretty much on the right track. A brainchild of Raven, this match saw chains erected above the ropes with an array of weapons dangling from those chains. Naturally all the objects were legal, and the only way to win was to throw your opponent through two tables from the top of "Raven’s Perch" (although this final, slightly convoluted, stipulation was soon scrapped in favour of a more straightforward Falls Count Anywhere ruling).
Still, you may be asking what’s the point of this lengthy pre-amble, and the answer is that Mickie James is the only female to have ever competed in this type of contest. Back in 2003, under her Alexis Laree gimmick, she joined Julio Dinero in taking on Jeff Jarrett in the third of eight Clockwork Orange House of Fun matches in TNA history.
Furthermore, but she took quite a beating along the way…
