10 Things You Didn't Know About AJ Lee

4. She Was An NXT Loser

For the third series of NXT's original incarnation as a glorified Tough Enough-esque game show, WWE basically revived the deplorable Divas Search, with the titillation toned down just a tad. Season 3 featured an all-female cast, all but two who would gain full-time contracts with the company - only the giantess Aloisia, nixed after her raunchy images were discovered on the internet, and the generic Jamie failed to make the grade.

AJ Lee, despite going on to help drastically alter the paradigm of women's wrestling within the company, failed to prevail in the competition. She'd later establish an untouchable 406 cumulative reign with the old 'butterfly belt', but amongst a cohort containing Maxine, Naomi, and Aksana, only managed to place third. The eventual winner was Booker T's future SmackDown assistant Kaitlyn.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
