5. Her Acting Career

Lee has pursued a variety of new avenues since calling it quits on wrestling back in 2015. In addition to her GLOW comic and mental health advocacy, the former Divas champ has also tried her hand at being a thesp... well, in a manner of speaking.

Her first taste of the silver screen came voicing herself in 2014's direct-to-DVD WWE produced Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania mystery animation. A year on, she expanded to actually acting, playing a minor role in, oddly, Madden: The Movie, effectively an extended commercial for the Madden 16 video game.

Lee's actual movie debut came in 2019's Canadian horror film, Rabid, a remake of David Cronenberg's 1977 flick of the same name. In the film, she plays a character named Kira. Who plays her on-screen husband Billy? None other than a certain Mr. Phil Brooks. She almost certainly dies in it, but good lord we're not willing to find out.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
