3. Didn't Like Kayfabe Being Broken
During an earlier entry, tension between Bigelow and a number of other WWF stars was detailed, but things would all come to a head during a Vince McMahon-led meeting at Titan Towers in 1995. Calling the majority of his roster to attend a special day out at the facility, McMahon wanted to show his wrestlers round the place properly, and also have a 'State Of The WWF' meeting, during which everyone could air their grievances. Standing up, Bam Bam noted that he hated the way Scott Hall and Shawn Michaels were riding together on the road, despite facing one another every night for the Intercontinental Title. Citing the battalion of fans following their car from city to city, Bigelow said he felt it was an insult to kayfabe, and the traditions of the business. This was an uphill battle for the big man, who couldn't hope to win against The Kliq, a group which had become indispensable to McMahon in his fight against WCW. Of course, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall would leave the company the following Summer, but not before Bam Bam had already been shipped out.
