5. There Is Huge Heat Between Heenan And Tony Shiavone

Bobby Heenan does not like Tony Shiavone. In several shoot interviews and in his two autobiographies, Heenan has shared how Tony Shiavone tried to block a tribute to Gorilla Monsoon that Bobby wanted to make live on air. Heenan also revealed how Tony knew that Heenan was about to be fired from WCW, but didn't give his friend any kind of 'heads up'. There were also other strange accusations, such as how Schiavone demanded to have his chair set higher than Heenan's, making him look bigger on television. Appearing on an episode or JR's "Ross Report" podcast in August 2015, Shiavone admitted that he was a bad friend to Bobby during their WCW run, and said he didn't blame The Brain for still being angry at him. While he admitted to not informing Bobby about his firing ("I put being a company man ahead of being a good friend, and I regret that"), he denied trying to block the Monsoon tribute, saying that he had the utmost respect for Gorilla.
