5. An Unwelcome Nickname
These days she goes by the Huntress, which is a pretty awesome pro wrestling nickname. But it hasn’t always been that way. Once upon a time, she had a much less welcome moniker; fire crotch.
Ivelisse revealed all on an episode of Tattoo Nightmares—a show that can only be described as the height of car crash TV.
After her boyfriend had told her about a wrestler he knew who also happened to do tattoos, Ivelisse decided she wanted a “taboo” and “sexy” phoenix permanently etched into her skin. And not only that, but she wanted it smack bang at the top of her crotch.
What she’d somehow convinced herself to be a good idea was soon revealed to be otherwise. Back in the ring, in her first big match since the rise of the phoenix, the “fire crotch” heckles began.
Luckily, Ivelisse’s appearance on Tattoo Nightmares rectified the situation; she’s now sporting a much less gaudy flower at the peak of her crotch, which is at least a little more feminine.
