It is definitely no secret that John Cena dedicates a lot of time granting wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation; which is a non-profit organization that grants wishes for children who have life-threatening medical conditions. Most people know that Cena is the record holder with over 450 wishes granted to date; which is amazing considering how a top star like Cena could be on the road 300 days a year. What may not be as well-known is the lead that Cena has over all other people who donate their time for the foundation. There are ZERO other celebrities that have granted 300 wishes, and only SIX celebrities that have hit the 200 mark. Those celebrities that have hit the 200 mark include Michael Jordan and Justin Bieber. The dedication that Cena has had in making a difference in children's lives goes without question and he definitely deserves a huge amount of respect for the time he has donated.
