3. Damandyz Donutz
During their initial training in NXT, Sonya DeVille and Mandy Rose would often hang out together after shows, building their friendship. One night, they decided to grab a donut together and both realised the other was as obsessive about the tasty treats as the other. This became a ritual while they were on the road together.
In an attempt to market themselves to more people, and for their existing fans to be allowed to have a look into their personal lives, Fire and Desire began creating YouTube videos. Debuting in August 2018, Mandy and Sonya posted ‘Dandy’s Donuts Ep1,’ a video in which they both did taste tests in pursuit of the greatest glazed donut.
Releasing videos at least once a week, the duo renamed the channel Damandyz Donutz, and would have a short conversation about life on the road, before chomping into their favourite fried food which they had purchased from local stores. For the curious, Rose commented that her favourite donuts are from Meche’s in Louisiana.
