Its interesting to note that Molly is best remembered for her Holly Cousin persona and running with The Hurricane as Mighty Molly, yet her greatest success came during her heel run a short time after. This is, of course, where she captured the Womens Championship on two occasions, while featuring prominently at most PPVs, TV tapings and house shows. Considering her exposure and success, its shocking to learn that Molly hated every second of being a heel. Describing her time as a snivelling, vindictive character, Molly says it was the low point in her career:
I hated it, I cried every single day at work, it was awful...I didnt like to be a heel, and for them to have me say awful things, yeah, it was actually terrible. I didnt want to do it, and Im not a prude, and I dont care if Terri Runnels prances around in a bikini, that does not offend me. It was definitely the lowest point of my career.
Fortunately, Molly was able to return to the WWE recently for a special appearance as her much happier Molly Holly character.
