4. Wishes He Had The Work Ethic Of DDP
Since moving away from full-time wrestling, Stevie Richards started to experience difficulty in moving around, feeling the same bumps, aches and pains that many who make a living from wrestling do. When wrestlers are actively on the road, the pain is lessened by the fact they're always on the go, but as soon as they stop, it's almost as though time catches up with them. For Richards, 23 years of bumps and bruises were taking a heavy toll on his physical well-being, which is exactly why he decided to give DDP Yoga a try. Nowadays, Richards can be heard waxing lyrical about the many benefits of giving the exercise program a shot, feeling it made him literally pain free within a matter of months. Diamond Dallas Page is also somebody Stevie Richards looks up to, which is something many fans may not know. Richards admires the way Page carved a name for himself in the wrestling industry so late into his career, only winning his first World Title in his 40's.
