Jeff Jarrett has been earning rave reviews for his work since joining AEW, and that's something few could've predicted from the longtime WWE, WCW and TNA legend ahead of time. If anything, most rolled their eyes when ol' J-E-DOUBLE-F rocked up on Tony Khan's turf, but he's been an excellent addition to the lower card.

Maybe WWE thought Jarrett could do the same for them back in 2019. His Royal Rumble cameo, for reference, came a full 20 years after Jeff's prior appearance in the match back in January 1999. This means Jarrett has experienced the longest gap between 30-man match showings. Ain't that great?

Sorry.

Previously, 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan actually held the record himself. His 17 year gap between 1992 and 2009 seemed like it'd never be beaten until 'The Chosen One' (not Drew McIntyre) showed up in 2019 for a quick skirmish with Elias.

Not many folks thought that'd be possible when Jeff left the WWF for WCW in '99.
