Sheamus went on to feud with Mark Henry, but Orton didn't take the betrayal too lightly; he shifted his focus on Show and challenged him to a No Holds Barred match at Extreme Rules where they could finally settle their score.

Anywhere else, the match wouldn't have been anything out of the ordinary, but thanks to the venue being Orton's hometown of St. Louis, the environment was electric and it definitely enhanced the hype.
