2. Kevin Nash Was Up Against It

If Kevin Nash ever reads The Wrestling Observer or logs on to social media and searches 'Diesel 1995', he'll find out that many considered him one of the worst WWF Champions ever. 'He didn't draw', people laugh. 'Vince just saw physical size and nothing else', the critics say.

There's some truth to that, but it doesn't tell the full story. Diesel wasn't Daniel Bryan between the ropes, no, and yet he could have excellent matches with the right opponents. The problem in 1995 was that McMahon rarely put him with the right opponents and expected him to work miracles with lumbering gets like 'King' Mabel instead.

Unless he was working with Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels, Nash was screwed. Mabel and Sycho Sid weren't the right guys to squeeze more from him, and they made a mockery of the WWF Title challenger position. The summer, in particular, was painful to watch.

Again, Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Diesel could've been awesome.
