3. The Undertaker Had A Poor Year

The Undertaker didn't do much laughing.

What do you recall from his 2001? That top Hardcore Title bout vs. RVD at Vengeance? The underrated brawl with Triple H at 'Mania X-Seven? Both of those were special, but they were rarities for 'Taker during an otherwise-surprisingly poor year.

It's probs crappier than you remember too. He teamed with Kane a ton, but also had stinker feuds vs. everyone from DDP ("Make me famous!") and Kronik to even dudes like Chris Kanyon - 'Who Better Than Kanyon?' was linked in with the Page stuff towards the end, and it wasn't very good.

Once the invasion angle ended and he stopped playing WWF lieutenant, The Undertaker turned heel at the end of the year to become 'Big Evil'. That restored some lost lustre, and would help him have some better moments over the next few years.

'01 though? It was a bit of a washout in-ring for 'The Deadman'.
