10 Times DX Absolutely Buried Other Wrestlers

4. The Revival

Before reading this, think how effective The Revival were as an old-school tag-team on NXT before being called up to the main roster. Dash and Dawson, looking like they belonged on an episode of Georgia Championship Wrestling in the 80s, were a traditionalist's dream. A proper tag, they offered something different to everybody else in WWE.

Until Raw 25, that is.

Live in the old Manhattan Centre as part of a quasi-DX and Kliq reunion, The Revival were used as sacrificial lambs so Triple H, Shawn Michaels, The Outlaws, X-Pac and even Scott Hall had some bodies to bump in front of a crowd who hadn't witnessed much live. In the process, Dash and Dawson looked like mid-90s Wrestling Challenge nobodies.

Finn Bálor's Club also got in on the act and left The Revival dead in the water from that point on. It's no accident that since this beating, Dash and Dawson have struggled to gain house room on Raw. Any credibility they had was shattered here.
