10 Times The Undertaker Has Done What's Best For Business

2. Ultimately Putting Batista Over (2007)

The WrestleMania 23 match between Batista and The Undertaker stands out as one that's often overlooked. When fans discuss the best matches from the history of the event, that particular World Heavyweight Title collision rarely gets mentioned. That's a shame, because it was a complete cracker.

Feuding between both 'Taker and 'The Animal' didn't cease there. Post-WrestleMania, they continued to produce stirring scraps for the rest of the year. Previously, Batista had benefited from working against Triple H in 2005, and the same could be said of his lengthy series with Undertaker in 2007.

The main event of that year's Survivor Series show brilliantly closed the feud, whilst simultaneously starting another one for The Undertaker. Edge interfered in the Hell In A Cell showdown, enabling Batista to win. Even without the interference, he still looked strong, and it was good to see Undertaker again putting someone over. Batista only came out shining brighter from association with his rival.
