10 Times The Undertaker Sucked At WWE SummerSlam

8. The Undertaker vs. Test (2002)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgv2g9c5qoA It's understandable that WWE would want to use The Undertaker as a means to help get young talent over. After all, 'Taker knows the WWE system as well as anybody, and managed to get himself over despite a hokey gimmick and burdening slow in-ring style. At SummerSlam 2002, Undertaker was tasked with elevating Test. WWE management tried numerous times to turn Test into a genuine main event level talent. Every single time, it didn't end up working, but at least they gave it a shot. By '02, the latest attempt was to program him with The Undertaker, hoping the veteran could enhance Test's reputation amongst fans. Sadly, the match at SummerSlam was one to forget. Even more unfortunate was the fact that it was placed between a pair of red-hot bouts. First, Rob Van Dam and Chris Benoit rocked the arena over the Intercontinental Title, then Shawn Michaels and Triple H tore the house down in a Street Fight. The 8 minutes handed to 'Taker and Test didn't help, and people used their match as an excuse to get some snacks for the Michaels vs. Triple H battle.
