10 Times The Undertaker's Ego Ran Wild In WWE

7. Cornball Motorcycle Mythology

Motorcycle aficionados love motorcycles.

Wrestling motorcycle aficionados also love trying to make motorcycles "happen" in wrestling. Eric Bischoff devised an entire pay-per-view, Road Wild, around the concept, which resulted in an audience that cared less about wrestling than it did jeering black wrestlers. The Undertaker, meanwhile, altered his entire persona around the vehicle, with which he ran over the careers of several wrestlers and used to drive one of the most corny, coma-inducing promos in WWE history.

'Taker on a summer episode of RAW, told a tale of himself and the Big Show ridin' out to the San Fernando Valley with a half-tank of gas, as a test of Show's mettle. He passed, by killing and feeding on snakes, before making boots out of their skin - a feat far more impressive than anything he'd managed in a WWF ring. He emerged from the desert, triumphant, with a Harley draped across his shoulders. Pitched as a story of badass romanticism, it instead translated as hysterically naff. Nobody cared about the B-movie fluff because it had absolutely nothing to do with wrestling.

And was as stupid as sh*t.
