10 Times Wrestlers Took Shots At Colleagues
5. Multiple Wrestlers Call Out Jaxson Ryker's Tweet
It looked as though Jaxson Ryker's career inside of Vince McMahon's empire was on rather thin ice mid-way through 2020 as the former Forgotten Son opted to send out a tweet that rubbed up a number of WWE stars the wrong way.
Tweeting his support for President Donald Trump not long after peaceful protesters against the killings of unarmed Black people were teargassed outside of the White House to clear a path for the WWE Hall of Famer, Ryker oddly decided to sign off said tweet with the catchphrase of his one-time stable.
Thankful for the @POTUS we have! God bless America. Built of freedom. Forgotten No More— Jaxson Ryker (@JaxsonRykerWWE) June 1, 2020
It didn't take long for various WWE stars to get wind of this baffling move, and sure enough, the likes of Kevin Owens, Mustafa Ali, Ricochet, and Sami Zayn didn't hold back when lashing out at Ryker's comments.
Owens in particular didn't hold back when calling out his colleague, tweeting back, "I think you pushing your sh***y wrestling catchphrase as all of this is happening is absolutely f*****g pathetic."
Ryker would subsequently find himself off WWE TV for some time following these comments, before eventually returning as part of the red brand in December.
