10 Times Wrestlers Went Nuts On Fans
1. Why Would Anyone Think This Is A Good Idea?
During the Attitude Era, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H were two of the toughest wrestlers in WWE. Austin infamously broke his neck during a match with Owen Hart at SummerSlam '97 and HHH finished a match despite tearing his quad on Raw in 2001. So what could possess anyone to pick a fight with either man, let alone both?!
Regardless, this is exactly what happened following a match between the two at a live event in Germany. As Stone Cold is celebrating his victory, a fan rolls into the ring and assaults him. Triple H, despite being on the receiving end of a Stone Cold Stunner just moments earlier, pops up and suplexes the invader on his head before initiating some brutal ground and pound, punctuated by legendary referee Mike Chioda's kicks and punches for good measure too.
When security arrives to escort the overeager audience member away, he is a beaten, bloody mess, but that doesn't prevent 'The King of Kings' from landing one more hard parting shot to remind the idiot never to make this mistake again.
In summary, we've all wondered what it'd be like to step into the squared circle, the reality is a lot more painful than you'd imagine. I'm honestly a little bit disappointed this wasn't included in Triple H's top 25 greatest WWE moments.
