10 Times Wrestlers Went Too Far
6. MJF Pisses Off The Locker Room
Entirely shaking up the system or pointlessly disrupting it depending on which side of the divide you find yourself on, there's no questioning the fact that Maxwell Jacob Friedman's June 1 comments on AEW Dynamite caught the attention of just about every soul in the business.
But in "The Salt of the Earth"s damning words on "ex-WWE guys" being prioritised over him when it came to big money deals, MJF appears to have ruffled the feathers of a great many All Elite personalities along the way.
With everyone from Chris Jericho to Jake "The Snake" Roberts having their say on Maxwell's seemingly worked-shoot rant, comments of the star having "a lot to learn", being "not as good as he thinks he is", and the whole segment making Roberts in particular feel "sick" have all been made known.
On top of this, a number of other members of the AEW locker room are said to have been upset by MJF's antics in general over the course of Double or Nothing weekend, with his no-showing of a meet-and-greet forcing his colleagues to then work overtime on the day, according to Fightful Select.
Simply put, MJF's list of friends may have just gotten even smaller.
