9. Fake Kane & UnderFaker
WWE spent a good chunk of 1994 on the storyline between the Undertaker and his evil twin. The feud was dreadful, the only highlight being Vince McMahon snarling "Nothing is happening!" on air during the pair's abysmal blow-off match.
12 years later, nothing continued to happen as WWE brought back the imposter gimmick for Kane.
Much like its forebearer, the Kane/Fake Kane feud failed to take off as fans simply didn't care about the man behind the mask. WWE even realised that the angle was a dud and ended it within a month of it starting, as Kane simply beat the s**t out of his mini-me on an episode of RAW and threw him out of the arena.
Fake Kane would later find success outside the WWE as Doc Gallows, teaming with Karl Anderson to become one of the most successful tag teams of this generation. But before that could happen, Gallows formed another tag team with our next entrant...
