While 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and The Rock are two of the first names to come to mind when reminiscing about the famed Attitude Era, one other person who was a major, major player for the WWF back then was Sable.

Sure, Austin brought middle fingers and Stunners, The Rock brought designer clothes and raised eyebrows, but it was Sable who was spearheading the sex appeal side of things.

As Vince McMahon looked to constantly push the envelope at that point, things got to the point where Sable felt so uncomfortable that she quit the company and launched a lawsuit based around alleged sexual harassment.

Requesting $110 million from the World Wrestling Federation, Sable claimed that the working environment became unsafe and that she was harassed after refusing to go fully topless on TV. McMahon and WWF countersued Sable over the use of the Sable name, and the two parties would eventually settle out of court in August 1999.

How did McMahon’s promotion put this all behind it? Well, clearly soon was all forgotten between the two parties as Sable would rejoin WWE in 2003.
