Some people just don't get pro wrestling, and Ronda Rousey is one of them. Her spectacular online meltdown when fans started booing that first run in WWE was spoiled brat 101. It showed that Ronda didn't have the mentality to succeed in the industry. She wanted to be loved and adored, not play the role of a villain.

Sadly for Rousey, the bloom came off the rose early. Fans saw through her smiles and glimpsed an elitist mindset they didn't like. So, the boos rained down. WWE tried again by bringing Ronda back at the 2022 Royal Rumble and putting her over. She was cast as a babyface badass again, and...it quickly flopped.

Surprise, surprise eh?

The exact same problems which had blighted her first run followed Ronda into the second. WWE should've known better than to hang Rousey out to dry here. Casting her as an elitist heel, or something like that, would've been less of a stretch.

Being honest, bringing Ronda back at all was ill-advised.
