10 Times WWE Purposefully Lied To The Fans

Chris Benoit Okay WWE is completely justified in erasing this man from the face of the Earth. I honestly can't blame them. But the fact remains that everyone knows who Chris Benoit was and what he did, both in the ring and out of it. Tragic though the circumstances may be, fans are never going to forget him and while pretending he never existed makes sense from a PR perspective, it remains one of the biggest lies in WWE history. Got any more suggestions? I'm all ears!

As a wrestling fan I've flown across the Atlantic for the last five years specifically to attend WrestleMania (28 and 30) as well as TNA, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and most recently PWG. I may have a problem! But if you're reading my work then you probably love wrestling too, so lets focus on that!
