9. Big Boss Man Becomes Corporate Security In 1998
The Big Boss Man had a successful run in WWE from 1998 to 1993 as a heel and then as a babyface. His character was a cop that wore blue attire that he was able to pull off very well because he legitimately looked like a badass all the time. He was one of those characters that really looked the part and when you think about the character it would be hard to imagine somebody else in that role. When he returned to WWE in 1998 (he spent the previous five years in WCW), he wasn't in the familiar blue outfit. He had gone corporate as a bodyguard of Vince McMahon that was wearing gear that you might see on a SWAT team member. It was a unique change for the Boss Man, but it was another role where he looked the part as a legitimate badass. He often times took beatings from Steve Austin (Vince's main rival), but there were many times where he dished those beatings out too.
