10 Times WWE Totally Wasted Potential

1. Neville

The 205 Live run Neville enjoyed this year produced some stellar matches, but you could never quite shake the feeling that it was beneath someone of his talent.

The Man That Gravity Forgot is genuinely one of the world's best workers, something the WWE Universe may never get to see now that he's (quite understandably) grown frustrated with his lowly place on the Monday Night Raw card.

The tragic thing in all of this is that, unlike Shelton Benjamin and co, Neville was beginning to cultivate a wrestling persona to match his ability between the ropes, making measurable improvements with his promos despite the popular perception that he wasn't a natural talker.

WWE wasted the opportunity to take him to the next level, however, by having him abruptly drop his Cruiserweight Championship to Enzo, in the process undoing all the ground work he had laid during the first half the year. Given all of that, you can't really blame him feeling his future may lie elsewhere.
