It's Reign of Terror time.

From the moment he was handed the World Heavyweight Championship by Eric Bischoff, Triple H was on a mission to destroy everybody associated with World Championship Wrestling.

The stars of WCW were slowly making their way up north to WWE, and one by one they were being fed to The Game. The invasion had been one way traffic too, so it was no surprise to see that continue into 2003.

Scott Steiner was next on the list to be squashed. Fans could see it coming a mile away. Big Papa Pump came back to WWE at Survivor Series 2002 to a standing ovation at Madison Square Garden. It was an epic moment, then he was thrown straight into a programme with Triple H.

Fan concerns manifested straight away when most of the feud consisted of surreal bodybuilding contests and strange arm-wrestling bouts. Their matches weren't any better either. In a time when SmackDown was showcasing amazing wrestling, Raw was being left behind.

After two atrocious pay-per-view matches, Triple H had felled another star from WCW to leave as champion again. What made it even worse is that fans didn't care who won, they were booing the entire feud. Try watching any of this today and you'll wonder why you like wrestling; it really is that bad.

The WWE Universe knew the feud would be be the worst, so nobody engaged with it at all. By the end, Scott Steiner was done too.

When I'm not trying my hardest to visit all 50 U.S. states, I'm listening to music from the 80s, watching TV from the 90s, and reminiscing about growing up in the 00s. I'm currently living in Melbourne, Australia so WWE premium live events are on Sunday afternoons for me; the absolute dream.
