10 TNA Characters You Totally Don't Remember

8. Goldy Locks

Someone in early TNA management thought that Goldy Locks (birth name Moon Shadow...no joke) was the greatest thing they’d ever seen. Not only was she all over the show as an announcer, but she soon became a manager, and was given her own super lame stable.

Among her clientele was Alex Shelley as “Baby Bear”, you know...because of the whole Goldy Locks thing.

If you do recall Goldy Locks, it’s probably because she was involved in some of the sleaziest moments in the company’s history, through no fault of her own. One backstage segment saw her interviewing Stan Dupp (the future Trevor Murdoch) and he told her he really liked her lips. But uh...not the ones on her face. She also interviewed “Puppet The Midget Killer” as he was pleasuring himself in a garbage can. How the company remained in business is after moments like these is a mystery.

Well, for those who miss, or have just plain forgotten Goldy Locks, her influence on TNA can still be heard to this very day, as she provided vocals on Dixie Carter’s theme song.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
