10 Totally Embarrassing WWE On-Air Production Botches
5. The Undertaker Catches Fire
The Undertaker put in a lot of excellent pay-per-view performances throughout his lengthy WWE career, but Elimination Chamber 2010 wasn't one of them. Not only did 'The Deadman' lose his World Heavyweight Championship in the titular main event, but he was almost scorched by the pyrotechnics team on his way to the ring.
'Taker's entrance saw several fireballs shoot up from multiple parts of the stage. One was right in the middle of the walkway, while the others were out of harm's way along the sides of the ramp. You'd think that the producers would shut the central one off while Undertaker was walking down, but no: a fireball shot up as he stepped through, almost engulfing him in the process.
'The Deadman' was lucky. He was fortunately able to dash out of the way before catching fire, but he was fuming. 'Taker threw his jacket and hat to the ground at the foot of the ramp. He proceeded with the match regardless, but the pyrotechnician responsible was fired on the spot, then escorted out of the arena at the behest of The Undertaker himself.
