10 Totally Embarrassing WWE Pyro Botches
7. Not A Suitable Pyro For The All Mighty
Bobby Lashley is a physical specimen and an absolute powerhouse in the ring. However, it’s important to note that The All Mighty often lacked energy as a character and struggled with his promos and facial expressions. He needed an impactful theme music and a decent Pyro display during his entrance to increase his appeal, but the production crew messed up one of them on the 1 September 2023 episode of SmackDown.
Lashley had formed a heel faction called The Pride with The Street Profits, and the trio were set to make their partnership official. However, as Lashley made his way out, he did his usual entrance routine, but the pyro, which was supposed to go out with a bang as he raised his arms, turned out to be quite the dud.
It was as if WWE was trying to pay tribute to the infamous Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match from All Elite Wrestling but somehow delivered an even weaker explosion.
Fans anticipated that Lashley's new partnership with The Street Profits would produce similar success to The Hurt Business, but apart from a few decent matches and a last feud with The Final Testament, Bobby Lashley ended up leaving the company and has since made his AEW debut.
