10 Totally Random WWE Royal Rumble Entants

5. Carlos Colon Sr.

Carlos Colon Sr. is a wrestling Icon in Puerto Rico. Starting wrestling in 1966 Colon would wrestle in Montreal and the Eastern States before returning to Puerto Rico and founding the WWC (World Wrestling Council). Colon would also serve as the promotions main star winning the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship 26 times, often times importing top stars from across the globe to wrestle him. Colon has defeated Abdullah the Butcher, #4 on this list, Randy Savage, Stan Hansen and even Ric Flair in a famous WWC vs NWA title bout to name a 'Champion of the universe'. Colon's first appearance in the WWE (then WWWF) was in 1967. More than 25 years later, he would make his debut on WWE pay per view at the Royal Rumble 1993. Colon entered at spot #21 and lasted 7 minutes and 25 seconds. Unlike most of the wrestlers on this list Colon managed to eliminate a combatant, Damien Demento, and also was recognized as an international star by the announce team. Despite the fact that Colon was in the twilight of his career during this performance he managed to put in a good effort before eventually being eliminated by the winner Yokozuna. Carlos Colon sr. was inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame in 20014. His two sons Carly Colon and Eddie Colon have gone on to have succesful WWE careers. Carly as Carlito and Eddie first as Primo, then as Diego, member of the current day Matadores. Colon's legacy in Puerto Rico is also still going strong as his son Carly is the current WWC Universal Heavyweight Champion and the territory draws well.
