10 Totally Stupid Things WWE Has ALREADY DONE Since WrestleMania 34

A week shy of WWE's female-free Greatest Royal Rumble, the company dedicated the 'main event' spot of Monday Night Raw to the red brand's entire cast.

The match itself was the best and worst of times. Ronda Rousey was again positioned as a total f*cking bad*ss and seriously significant star, though a laboured multi-woman tag match being framed around a Nia Jax highspot (that she predictably flubbed) wasn't exatly the most appealing way to get there.

Worst was that it was even happening it all. Few were blind to the obvious politics at play - politics that were undermined less than a week later after an apology was issued for the Saudi supercard airing a commercial featuring Carmella, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss and others that dared to show them as is - let alone show them at all.

Vince McMahon never really stopped chasing dollars, but he'd perhaps forgotten what it was like to be exposed to the jagged edges of his dirtier decisions. The ugliness of the entire situation was again overwhelming, not least as WWE announced another event in November that may or may not be an super-sized version of the Survivor Series in keeping with the 'Greatest' theme from April's Rumble.
