10 Trades WWE & AEW Must Make In 2024

8. Britt Baker To WWE

Now isn't this interesting?

It's easy to forget just how well Britt Baker was doing before social media decided she sucked and hammered some (admittedly clunky) matches with damning criticisms. Ol' 'D.M.D' was one of the most over women in the biz for a spell, but it is fair to say others have improved match quality in AEW since her peak era.

Baker does have star quality though, and it'd be fun to see how she fared on WWE's watch. Veterans like Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair would be able to squeeze more from Britt during matches, and she'd thrive if given a fresh environment to spread her wings and try on something new.

Of course, Baker's day job (she's an actual dentist) might stop this from ever happening. WWE would be a full-time commitment - there's no getting around that. If that's possible, then Britt trading current AEW mediocrity for pastures new could revive her career in a flash.
