10 Trades WWE & AEW Must Make In 2024

5. Ricochet To AEW

Was that SummerSlam clash with Logan Paul this high-flyer's WWE peak? That's arguable, because Ricochet will always exceed expectations if backed by creative. He's unbelievable in-ring, and has a likeable personality that's best-presented in smaller doses rather than during lengthy speeches.

WWE occasionally forgets that.

Ricochet has enjoyed some success over the past few years. The guy's been Intercontinental Champion, and formed a surprisingly-good 'big and little man' tag with Braun Strowman before his burly partner was struck down by injuries. Then, there was the LP feud - that showcased a different side of Rico's game than WWE fans are used to seeing.

He'd be a walking dream match factory if AEW came calling though. Collisions (ha) with Bryan Danielson, Kenny Omega and countless others would turn heads. So, mind you, would seeing Ricochet in there against undercard flyers like Dante Martin or Rey Fenix.

Might be something to think about next time his contract comes up for renewal.
