Asuka perhaps has a guaranteed spot for life in WWE if she wants it, but the 41 year old hasn't always been used properly despite being one of the best. It might be tempting for her to try on AEW before retiring, and to see what it's like to wrestle some of the women there.

The Japanese veteran could slot neatly in beside someone like Serena Deeb as a real mentor for younger workers making their way up. Everyone from Anna Jay and Tay Melo to Skye Blue (and even more seasoned performers like Toni Storm or Athena) would benefit from having Asuka around.

If you asked this writer to pick one female worker he thought fit the AEW Women's Title best from either promotion, he'd choose Asuka in a heartbeat. Something just feels right about seeing her parade around with that belt and have cracking matches vs. all comers.
