10 Trades WWE & AEW Need To Make In 2023

4. Britt Baker To WWE

Has Britt Baker accomplished everything she can in AEW circles?

The dentist enjoyed a banging 290-day reign as Women's Champion between May 2021-March 2022, and it's a huge compliment to her that Thunder Rosa's ongoing 246+ day stint hasn't felt anywhere near as special. Britt was AEW's women's division for a while.

Baker's only real WWE experience to date has been as a jobber to Nia Jax on Raw in 2016 and as one for Shayna Baszler on NXT in 2018, which is a shame. She's far too talented to let that be her only legacy in the company - it'd be sweet to see Britt put things right with a fully-fleshed run.

If she stays put by Tony Khan's side, then Baker will be rewarded with another Women's or TBS Title reign over the next few years. Sure, she could do that. Or, 'D.M.D' could find out what it's like to rock WWE, work WrestleMania supercards etc.
