10 Twisted Times WWE Rewarded A Wrestler For Being A D*ck

Your writer adores Kevin Nash, and there's perhaps something to be said for his ways and methods over a long and decorated career. He's featured three times in this list alone, and while it's easy to dwell on being a "d*ck", 'Big Daddy Cool's goal-oriented gains were rich rewards when fewer were forthcoming.

Loathed by everybody (except Triple H, who spotted the way the wind was blowing as usual), the group alienated and agitated at will for the good of their own cause, rooted in the belief that their way was best for business. In an industry where trust was vital but so often strained, the group masterfully played both sides of the paradox, fiercely protecting their own interests to gain power and leverage from Vince McMahon.

They were very good at their jobs, of course, not least when it came to working with one another. In a time where virtually nothing else was working, they had the ear of the boss and responded in kind with a match quality hitherto unseen in the organisation beyond the brilliance of Bret Hart. It was a push and pull that directly and indirectly transformed and transcended the tumultuous WWE locker room in the years that followed.
